Responsibilities

  • Consult with investor buyers in order to discover their property desires; then match them with the property in our inventory that meets those needs
  • Primary duties include selling off-market real estate properties! Successfully accomplishing this will entail phone calls, networking, relationship building, follow-ups, digital marketing, e-mail and text communication with buyers, and overall management of sales pipeline.
  • Provide world-class customer service to our buyers
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM
  • Know your product! Analysis of current inventory and the ability to relay the value to the buyers
  • Consistently network and prospect for new buyers “Always be consulting” by providing the clients with your very best service, and market knowledge
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term investment real estate career by supporting and  learning from other team members, with the option to invest with the company

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Arizona real estate market
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Grit, determination and a great team player. Always displays a positive attitude, is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Quick response times
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with buyers and team members
  • Thrives in a true team environment
  • Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and enjoy meeting new people
  • Forward-thinking, proactive, dynamic and perform well under pressure
  • Flexibility to work weekends and after hours as needed
  • AZ real estate license required

Compensation

$100,000+ Potential; Commission Only
